New Moscow Node of the Windows Azure CDN Brings Total Number of Nodes Available Globally to 23

We continue to add physical nodes to the Windows Azure Content Delivery Network (CDN to further enhance our ability to deliver performance-sensitive content around the world.  Our node in Moscow, Russia is the latest to go live.
