?New Webcast Series Explores SQL Azure Data Sync

A new series of webcasts about SQL Azure Data Sync are now available on Channel 9.  These webcasts provide in-depth coverage and detailed demos of service capabilities and enterprise-to-cloud and cloud-to-cloud scenarios.

Three webcasts are currently available:

• Overview of SQL Azure Data Sync:  In this webcast, Mark Scurrell provides on overview of the service capabilities and target scenarios, including a demo showing how SQL Azure Data Sync can be used to share data between on-premises SQL Server and SQL Azure applications for hybrid on-premises and cloud-based applications.
• Enterprise to Cloud Data Synchronization:  In this webcast, Sudhesh Suresh covers the details of synchronizing date across on-premise and cloud (E2C scenario for SQL Azure Data Sync). Sudhesh also shows how SQL Azure Data Sync can be used to share data between on-premises SQL Server and SQL Azure applications.
• Cloud to Cloud Data Synchronization:  In this demo-heavy webcast, Sudhesh walks through how SQL Azure Data Sync can be used for cloud-to-cloud database sync (C2C scenarios)- cloud databases within the same data center or cloud databases distributed across different data centers.
