I get a lot of questions in email and on Twitter about how long to expect to wait for a Windows Azure token during the Community Technology Preview. We’ve been intentionally careful to open up capacity at a controlled pace so that we can ensure the quality and stability of the platform at scale.
I’m pleased to report that we’ve been ramping up the rate at which we send out tokens, and projecting based on current numbers, I would expect that people who sign up today should have to wait no longer than ten to fourteen days to receive a token.
