July 11, 2025DP-3027 Launch Postponed– Stay Tuned for New Date
July 11, 2025
We’re excited to announce an important update to how 1-day, non-certification-aligned Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs) are presented on Microsoft Learn. These courses, which currently appear as Learning Path Detail Pages, will soon have their own dedicated Course Pages—bringing a more streamlined and user-friendly experience.
🔍 Why This Matters
- Improved Discoverability
Courses will be easier to find using their course numbers. - Consistent Experience
We’re working to align all ILTs under a unified format, making navigation and understanding more intuitive over time. - Simplified Reporting
Course numbers will now be embedded in the URLs—no more long, confusing links. - Cleaner Metadata
Important details like audience profiles and course descriptions will be clearly visible on each course page.
📅 What to Expect
- Dedicated Course Pages
All 1-day standalone non-certification aligned courses ILTs will receive their own course detail page. - Updated URLs
These new URLs will be reflected in the July 31 Title Plan, specifically on the Title Plan tab. - Announcement Timeline
A follow-up post will be published once all course detail pages are live. - Applied Skills Courses
Yes—they’re part of the plan too! Stay tuned for more details coming soon.
📌 Important Notes for Partners and Trainers
No action is required if you are already using the Title Plan as your source of truth.
The Learning Path Detail Pages will remain unchanged and will continue to house the course content. These pages were never intended to serve as public-facing course pages, so there is no need to redirect or update existing links if you’re following the Title Plan.
However, it’s critical to note:
- The new course detail page URLs must be used to generate achievement codes.
- These URLs will be clearly listed in the Title Plan tab of the 7/31 Title Plan.
- Please make it a habit to check the Title Plan bi-weekly to ensure you’re always working with the most current information.
- If you or your organization use third-party systems, integrations, or custom tools, you will need to update your internal references to align with the new URLs.
The 7/31 Title Plan is especially important—it will be the first to include all the new course detail page URLs.
By continuing to follow the Title Plan as always, you’ll be fully aligned with this update—no extra steps required.
