Here’s a look at the highlights from May and June 2026.

May 2026: Turn AI into action

To help customers get started faster and realize value sooner, we redesigned the Microsoft 365 Copilot Adoption Hub. The new experience simplifies adoption by making the experience more practical and focused on these key roles: AI Business Users, AI Champions, and AI leaders.

Learn practical starting points for incorporating Copilot into your daily work through actionable prompts, real-world scenarios, and simplified onboarding guidance. Beyond the Copilot Hub refresh, May brought a series of enhancements designed to support organizations at every stage of their AI adoption journey, including:

• A new Prompt Gallery with real examples of how Copilot helps with tasks.


• Multiple new Customer Hub webinars, including webinars in additional languages.


• Accessibility improvements to create a more inclusive experience for all users, alongside additional learning content.

June 2026: Get more done with Cowork, your AI teammate

If May focused on getting started with AI, June focused on going deeper. From the launch of Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork to expanded resources for SharePoint, AI agents, and on-demand learning, this month introduced new ways for users to sharpen their skills, explore emerging AI capabilities, and get more value from Microsoft 365.

• Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork reached general availability (in enterprise), with role-based guidance for AI Users, AI Business Users, AI Champions, and IT Pros.


• Copilot in SharePoint resources launched to help users understand how AI can improve content discovery and collaboration.


• AI Agents resources were expanded, making it easier to learn about, explore, and adopt agent-based experiences.


• Microsoft 365 Community Conference and Customer Hub content grew, giving users more on-demand learning opportunities across Copilot, agents, prompt mastery, leadership readiness, and governance.

Ever wished you could hand off a task, walk away, and come back to a completed result? That’s where Cowork can help. Instead of managing every step yourself, you assign a goal, whether it’s researching a topic, drafting a document, preparing a meeting, or organizing follow-up actions.

In all these situations, let Cowork handle the heavy lifting across your Microsoft 365 apps. It keeps you updated on progress, lets you step in whenever needed, and asks for approval before taking actions like sending emails or posting in Teams. The result is less time spent coordinating tasks and switching between apps, and more time focused on the work that needs your expertise.

These investments continue to resonate with customers. In June alone, Microsoft Adoption recorded more than 1.5 million unique pageviews and 720,000 downloads, contributing to nearly 20 million annual pageviews and more than 7.6 million downloads across FY26, a strong indication that customers are actively seeking resources to help them collaborate better and get more value from Microsoft technologies.
