With this out-of-the-box AI agent, retail associates can easily find answers to information scoped from SharePoint sites in real-time, like store policies, procedures, and product information. At the start of a shift, store associates can quickly use the agent to catch up on missed Teams chat and channel messages and prioritize detailed action items. Store managers can generate shift recaps for smooth handovers, including insights such as customer feedback, task completion, and open items for the next shift. By automating routine tasks, surfacing real-time information, and centralizing role-specific updates, the Frontline Agent helps keep teams informed and connected – enabling faster service, reduce errors, and contribute to improved employee and customer experiences.

The result? Help streamline onboarding, reduce support calls, and offer frontline teams a simple way to get connected from day one.

Optimize shared spaces with Windows 365 Frontline and Windows 365 Link
